Where can I manage billing?

Billing can be managed from the Billing section inside Settings. Merchants can view their active subscription, upgrade plans, cancel subscription, review billing status, and view renewal information.

Where can I manage AI credits?

Credits can be managed from Settings → Credits. From there merchants can view available credits, purchase additional credits, and track usage.

What happens to subscription credits?

Credits included with the subscription expire at the end of that billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

What happens to purchased credits?

Purchased credits continue rolling over until they are completely used. They do not expire with the monthly subscription.

What happens when AI credits finish?

Only AI functionality stops working. Everything else continues normally, including the website, orders, payments, hosting, cloud storage, manual editing, CMS, and dashboard. The merchant can purchase additional credits at any time.

Does manually editing my website consume credits?

No. Only AI-powered actions consume AI credits. Manual work inside the dashboard does not.

Think of AI credits like fuel for AI. The ecommerce platform itself continues working even if AI credits reach zero.
