Can I change my account email?

Can I change my account email?
Yes. If you need to change your primary login email, contact ShopIQ Support. For security reasons, email ownership may need to be verified before the change is processed.
Why can't I simply edit it?
The login email is part of your account identity and verification process. Changing it without verification could create security risks.
Will changing my email affect my website?
No. Changing the login email does not affect the website, domain, products, orders, customers, billing, or AI credits.
Does changing my email consume AI credits?
No. Account administration actions never consume AI credits.
