This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for ShopIQ subscription services and related products. By subscribing to or purchasing any ShopIQ service, you agree to the terms described below.
No Refund Policy
ShopIQ does not provide refunds on subscription fees, transaction fees, or additional fees once they have been charged. All fees paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees (Starter, Growth, Pro plans)
- Transaction fees charged on sales
- Additional fees for apps, integrations, or third-party services
- AI credits purchased or included in your plan
- Domain name purchases
- Any add-on services or features
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your ShopIQ subscription at any time by contacting ShopIQ Support or through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing period.
- Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before account closure.
Account Suspension and Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated by ShopIQ due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or for any other reason:
- No refund will be provided for any pre-paid subscription fees.
- Any outstanding balance owed to ShopIQ will become immediately due and payable.
- Your store will be taken offline and you will lose access to your account.
AI Credits
AI credits included in your subscription plan or purchased separately are non-refundable. Unused AI credits:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value.
- Cannot be transferred to another account.
- Will expire as per the terms communicated at the time of acquisition.
- Will be forfeited upon account cancellation or termination.
Domain Names
Domain names purchased through ShopIQ are non-refundable. Upon account cancellation, your domain will no longer be automatically renewed and it will be your sole responsibility to manage the domain with the domain provider directly.
Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact ShopIQ Support within 14 days of the charge. ShopIQ will review the dispute and, if an error is confirmed, will issue a credit to your account or correct the billing accordingly. Billing disputes raised after 14 days may not be eligible for correction.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, ShopIQ may, at its sole discretion, consider providing a credit or partial refund. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Exceptional circumstances may include:
- Extended platform outages directly caused by ShopIQ (exceeding 72 continuous hours)
- Duplicate charges due to system errors confirmed by ShopIQ
- Services not delivered as explicitly promised in writing by ShopIQ

Third-Party Services
Refunds for third-party services, apps, or integrations purchased through the ShopIQ platform are governed by the respective third party's refund policy. ShopIQ is not responsible for processing refunds on behalf of third-party providers.
Currency and Payment
All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility and are non-refundable by ShopIQ.
Changes to This Policy
ShopIQ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to your Primary Email Address or through the ShopIQ administrative console. Continued use of ShopIQ services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
