Yes. Merchants can buy additional AI credits from Settings → Credits. Separately purchased credits roll over and do not expire until used.
Do subscription credits reset?
Subscription credits are tied to the billing cycle. They expire at the end of the billing cycle and are refreshed according to the merchant's active plan on renewal. Separately purchased credits roll over and do not expire until used.
Does running out of AI credits cancel my subscription?
No. Running out of AI credits does not cancel the subscription. It only stops AI-powered workflows until more credits are available.
AI credits are separate from the subscription status. A merchant can have an active subscription but no AI credits left. In that case, non-AI platform features continue, but AI features stop until credits are added.
