Can I export orders and customers?
Yes. Orders and customer data can be exported. Order history is retained for 1 year on ShopIQ.
Merchants are responsible for using customer data in accordance with applicable privacy, consent, and data protection obligations.
Can I move my ShopIQ website to another hosting provider?
No. Standard merchants cannot export the full website and host it elsewhere. ShopIQ websites are hosted on ShopIQ Cloud. Standard merchants cannot deploy to their own GitHub, Vercel, AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, or custom cloud infrastructure.
Implementation Partners may have additional GitHub or Vercel deployment flexibility depending on their partner arrangement, but this is not available to standard merchant accounts.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If a merchant cancels, they retain access until the end of the billing cycle. After that, a 30-day grace period applies. After the grace period, website, hosting, database, storage, and associated services are suspended until reactivation. Merchants should export available data before access is suspended if they need a copy.
Does exporting data consume AI credits?
No. Exporting available data does not consume AI credits. AI credits are only consumed when the merchant uses AI Chat or AI tools for AI-powered tasks.

Merchants own their business content and generated content, but export options are limited to supported data types. ShopIQ is not a source-code export platform or static website export tool. Merchants who require full code ownership, custom infrastructure, or complete theme export should consider this before choosing ShopIQ.
