About the Role
<p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate at ShopIQ. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and creating presentations.</p>
The role of a Merchant success associate is primarily to ensure technology adaptation at the brand level. They are responsible for driving training programme for the store team . We are looking for someone who is extremely confident , enthusiastic and determined to help sales team achieve its sales target.
What will you do at ShopIQ?
- Onboarding and training of the Brand Stores.
- Conducting and managing Inductions, Products & Process Training
- Build annual training program and prepare feedback and assessment sessions
- Implement new activation at the stores for brand
- Design and develop marketing strategies to increase business.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness
- Regularly evaluate ongoing training to ensure the smooth functioning of Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in the retail industry
- Interact regularly with the Brand store team, ASM, RM and Ops Head to plan growth strategies
- Responsible for the business growth for the sales team
- Review existing training material to determine appropriate
- Ensure content delivery is practiced and fluent
- Modify or create materials and manual to meet specific training needs
- Drive training program that includes web based seminars, printed manuals, training videos
