How do I delete my ShopIQ account?

Can I delete my ShopIQ account?

Yes. Merchants can delete their ShopIQ account directly from the Settings section. Because account deletion is a permanent action, ShopIQ requires OTP verification before the deletion is completed.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the account or relevant deletion section
  3. Select the option to delete the account
  4. Complete OTP verification
  5. Confirm deletion

What happens after account deletion?

Once the account is deleted, data cannot be retrieved. This may affect access to the website, store data, products, orders, customers, website content, catalog data, uploaded assets, AI-generated content, settings, connected app configuration, team access, and workspace information. Merchants should treat deletion as final.

What should I export before deleting my account?

Merchants should also separately save any business documents, invoices, reports, product images, policy content, customer communication records, and accounting data they need. Website pages, themes, AI workflows, and platform-specific configurations are not exportable.

What happens to my domain?

The merchant owns the domain separately. Deleting the ShopIQ account does not delete the domain from the domain registrar. However, the ShopIQ website connected to the domain will stop working. Merchants can update DNS records from their domain provider if they want to point the domain elsewhere.

What happens to connected apps?

Account deletion may disconnect ShopIQ workflows, but it does not automatically cancel third-party accounts. Merchants should separately manage or cancel accounts with payment gateways, logistics providers, WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, ad platforms, marketplaces, domain providers, and other third-party services.

Account deletion is permanent. Merchants should complete pending orders, resolve refunds and returns, export required data, cancel or manage third-party services, and confirm business records before deleting the account.
