Can I buy more AI credits?

Yes. Subscription credits are included with the merchant's plan and expire at the end of the billing cycle. Purchased credits are bought separately and roll over until used.
What happens after I buy more credits?
After buying more credits, the merchant can continue using AI-powered features such as AI Chat, AI content generation, image generation, video generation, AI analytics, and AI-assisted website edits.
Can I use the platform without buying more credits?
Yes. If AI credits run out, the merchant can continue using non-AI platform features manually. The website, hosting, checkout, orders, payments, manual dashboard access, product editing, coupon creation, order management, and connected apps continue to work as long as the subscription is active.
Do credits affect subscription billing?
Buying additional AI credits does not replace the subscription. The merchant still needs an active subscription to continue using the ShopIQ platform and live website. Additional credits only increase AI usage capacity.
Merchants should buy credits based on expected AI usage. Manual actions do not consume AI credits, so routine updates can be done manually while AI credits are reserved for tasks where AI saves significant time.
