Does ShopIQ fulfill orders?
No. ShopIQ does not fulfill orders. ShopIQ does not hold inventory, pack products, ship products, process returns, or act as the seller. Can I connect logistics partners?
Yes. ShopIQ supports logistics integrations such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other available shipping providers depending on setup. Each third-party logistics integration counts as a connected app. Logistics setup and shipping performance depend on the connected provider.
Can AI summarize orders?
Yes. ShopIQ supports AI-powered business analysis. Merchants can ask AI questions such as "Summarize today's orders.", "Which products sold the most this week?", "Show pending orders.", or "What was my order value this month?" AI-powered order analysis consumes AI credits.
Can orders be exported?
Yes. ShopIQ allows merchants to export orders. Order history is retained for 1 year. Merchants who need records for accounting, analysis, compliance, or migration should export order data when required.
Does order management consume AI credits?
Manual order management does not consume AI credits. Receiving orders, reviewing orders, receiving payments, and fulfilling orders do not consume AI credits. AI credits are consumed only when the merchant uses AI-powered analytics, summaries, replies, or automation tasks.
Important things to know
Order management is a core merchant responsibility. ShopIQ helps structure order workflows, but the merchant must ensure that every order is verified, fulfilled, and communicated properly.
