What integrations does ShopIQ support?

Summary

ShopIQ supports integrations with third-party tools for payments, logistics, WhatsApp, analytics, advertising, marketplaces, and commerce operations. Supported integrations may include Razorpay, PhonePe, Stripe, PayPal, Delhivery, Shiprocket, WhatsApp providers, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, Unicommerce, and other available apps depending on setup.

Who this is for: Merchants who want to connect external tools and services to their ShopIQ store.

What are integrations?

Integrations connect ShopIQ with external third-party tools. These tools help merchants manage business workflows such as online payments, shipping and logistics, WhatsApp campaigns, customer messages, analytics, advertising, marketplace selling, order management, inventory workflows, and business reporting. Integrations help merchants use ShopIQ with the tools they already use or plan to use.

What integrations does ShopIQ support?

ShopIQ supports integrations across multiple categories, such as payment gateways, logistics providers, WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, marketing and ad platforms, marketplace integrations, and order and commerce management tools.

Examples may include:

  • Razorpay
  • PhonePe
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • GetGabs
  • WATI
  • Gupshup
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Pixel
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Amazon
  • Flipkart
  • Unicommerce

Availability may depend on the merchant's region, plan, connected app allowance, provider support, and current integration status.

Do all integrations work the same way?

No. Each integration has its own purpose, setup steps, account requirements, permissions, data flow, and limitations. For example, a payment gateway helps collect online payments. A logistics provider helps create and track shipments. A WhatsApp provider helps send campaigns and customer messages. Google Analytics helps track website traffic. Meta Pixel helps track customer actions for Meta advertising. A marketplace integration helps with marketplace-related commerce workflows where supported. Merchants should review each integration before connecting it.

Do integrations count as connected apps?

Yes. Each external third-party integration counts as a connected app. For example, connecting Razorpay, Shiprocket, WATI, or Google Analytics counts against the connected app allowance in the merchant's plan. Native ShopIQ features do not count as connected apps.

Can I disconnect an integration?

Yes. Merchants can disconnect an integration where supported. Disconnecting an app frees the connected app slot immediately. However, disconnecting an app may affect related workflows. For example, disconnecting a payment gateway may affect checkout payments, disconnecting a logistics provider may affect shipment automation, disconnecting a WhatsApp provider may affect WhatsApp campaigns, and disconnecting analytics tools may affect reporting. Merchants should review the impact before disconnecting apps.

Do integrations have separate charges?

Yes, many third-party tools may charge separately. Examples include payment gateway transaction fees, logistics shipping charges, COD charges, return shipment charges, WhatsApp provider fees, advertising spend, domain provider charges, marketplace charges, and external SaaS subscription fees. These charges are separate from ShopIQ subscription billing.

Does ShopIQ control third-party provider rules?

No. Third-party providers control their own account approvals, pricing, fees, verification requirements, service availability, settlements, delivery performance, usage policies, and technical limits. ShopIQ provides the integration layer where supported.

Do integrations consume AI credits?

No. Connecting or using an integration does not automatically consume AI credits. AI credits are consumed only when the merchant uses AI-powered tasks such as analyzing integration data, generating campaign content, drafting replies, creating reports, or using AI Chat.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining third-party accounts, completing verification, paying provider fees, following provider policies, and keeping integration settings updated.
