No. Viewing the dashboard does not consume AI credits. Merchants can open the dashboard, review products, check orders, view settings, and manage store information manually without using credits.
Do manual product edits consume credits?
No. Manual product edits do not consume AI credits. Merchants can manually update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories, collections, A+ content, stock details, product variants, and SEO fields. AI credits are consumed only if AI is used to generate or improve the content.

WhatsApp usage does not automatically consume AI credits. Manually sending messages or using a connected WhatsApp app does not consume credits. AI credits are consumed when AI is used to generate WhatsApp messages, reply drafts, product content, images, videos, or business analysis.
AI credits are only for AI-powered tasks. Merchants can continue running core commerce operations manually even if AI credits run out, as long as the subscription remains active.
