ShopIQ-ৰ মূল্য নিৰ্ধাৰণ কেনেকৈ কাম কৰে?
Summary
ShopIQ pricing is based on subscription plans. Each plan gives merchants access to the ShopIQ platform, website hosting on ShopIQ Cloud, ecommerce features, plan-specific limits, connected app allowances, support levels, and AI credits. Merchants can choose a plan based on their business needs and upgrade or downgrade as required.
Who this is for: Merchants who want to understand how ShopIQ pricing, subscriptions, AI credits, and platform access work.
How does ShopIQ pricing work?
ShopIQ uses subscription-based pricing. A merchant selects a plan, subscribes to it, and gets access to ShopIQ features according to that plan. The subscription covers access to the platform, website hosting, ecommerce workflows, CMS features, integrations, order management, support, and included AI credits. The exact features, limits, and support level depend on the active plan.
What does a ShopIQ subscription include?
- Access to the ShopIQ dashboard
- AI Website Builder
- Ecommerce website hosting on ShopIQ Cloud
- Product catalog management
- Order management
- Checkout workflows
- CMS access and website publishing
- Domain connection support
- Payment gateway integrations
- Logistics integrations
- Connected app allowance
- AI credits
- Support according to plan
- Manual editing features
- Team and permission features where available
Does hosting come included?
Yes. Standard merchant websites are hosted on ShopIQ Cloud by default. Merchants do not need to buy separate website hosting for a standard ShopIQ store. ShopIQ manages server infrastructure, database, cloud storage, deployment, development environment, and production environment. Domains are not included and must be purchased separately.
Are domains included in pricing?
No. Domains are not included in ShopIQ pricing. Merchants must purchase their own domain separately from a domain provider. The merchant owns and manages the domain. After publishing the website, the merchant can connect the domain from Settings using DNS records such as A Record and CNAME Record.
Are AI credits included in the subscription?
Yes. ShopIQ subscription plans include AI credits according to the plan. AI credits are used when merchants perform AI-powered tasks such as website generation, content generation, catalog generation, image generation, video generation, AI analytics, and other AI workflows. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Can I buy more AI credits?
Yes. Merchants can buy additional AI credits from Settings → Credits. Separately purchased credits roll over and do not expire until used. This is useful for merchants who need more AI usage than the credits included in their subscription plan.
Are connected apps included?
ShopIQ plans may include a connected app allowance. Each external third-party integration counts as a connected app — for example, payment gateways, logistics providers, WhatsApp apps, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, marketplace integrations, and other third-party apps. Native ShopIQ features do not count as connected apps.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Merchants can upgrade or downgrade their plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal cycle. Merchants should review plan limits before changing plans.
Does ShopIQ charge transaction fees?
Payment gateway transaction charges are handled by the payment provider. ShopIQ subscription charges and payment gateway charges are separate. Merchants should review payment gateway fees directly with their payment provider.
Pricing should be understood as a combination of subscription plan, AI credits, connected app allowance, and third-party provider costs. Third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, WhatsApp apps, domain providers, and ad platforms may have their own separate charges.
